Friday boardgaming

• What we’ll do
To celebrate the start of a new month and the weekend we’ll be playing some boardgames at our home on Friday night. We usually start the meetup with a light game that we can play all together and then split into groups to play some other games depending on the time you plan to stay. We have tons of games and you can always bring yours.

• What to bring
Games, drinks, and everything you need to spend some hours playing boardgames

• Important to know
Please enable the config to receive private messages for other users so we can send you more information about the address.
We have a dog! she is really quiet and is generally not around us when playing boardgames but take this into consideration if you are allergic.

Trail of Cthulhu: Soviet Nightmares

October 1926, Moscow. In the damp outskirts, a regular tavern patron is gruesomely choked to death. He hailed from the rebellious Eastern provinces, so nobody gives a fig, not even the NKVD. Hidden in his shirt, the credits page of a book. A pious burly man has fled from the scene to his sordid hotel room. Was it just a hate crime? And where did that queer brownish liquid come from?
Our team of investigators needs two new sleuths to find out the truth (preferably two people who aren’t already playing another rpg within this meetup group). If you like sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong, and uncovering mind-shattering secrets about reality, do join us, whatever your previous experience with role-playing games may be. We started playing this Trail of Cthulhu campaign in Spanish, so it’s a good chance for you to practice. We usually meet on Sunday afternoons and are quite generous with snacks. Non-tentacular snacks, we swear ;).

Raspberry pi and Alexa hacking.

Have some snacks, some beers or sidra and install and setup Alexa on a raspberry pi!

You will need:
– A Raspberry Pi 3 (recommended) or Raspberry Pi 2 (you’ll also need a USB Wi-FI adapter with the Model 2) with Raspbian installed.
– A MicroUSB power cable
– An 8GB MicroSD card
– A USB Microphone
– Speakers (any powered speaker does the job. Those tiny shitty ones)
– A USB Keyboard and Mouse for setup

Note: Not sure how to suggest monitor usage that is portable, I have two monitors in the flat but it could take a while if we do it one by one. Ideas?
