Wine & Cheese & D&D (Session 2)

Session 2 of our D&D game! We’re splitting the game up into two sessions so we can work with smaller groups, allowing everyone to participate more (12 players is a bit difficult to fit around the table and it starts getting problematic for everyone to enjoy time in the spotlight equally). Everything else will be the same!

Friday Games Night

Same as usual: I have Setters with all of the expansions.
Please feel free to bring your own game(s) and let’s see what we can put together! Feel free to comment if you have any games that you’d like to bring.

Mad MAX 1 & 2

Hey guys! Been a while without a movie night at my place so here it is. I’ve wanted to watch the Mad MAX trilogy for a while, especially since the release of the new title in the cinema (which I didn’t see so no spoilers!!). I bought the 3 of them in Blu Ray so let’s watch at least 1 & 2, the 3rd one depending on our motivation! I was told it wasn’t as good so we’ll see. I’ll send an email once we have the RSVPs for the address and other details for the new members! Cheers!!

Ex Machina

We watched this in the cinema previously, but were rudely cut off from the last ten minutes by equipment failure. The Deuce
! So let’s watch it again on a sofa, with beers and fancy popcorn.

Nocturna Film Festival

Scifi, lovecraftian themes, dystopia. All the stuff we love.

This runs until Sunday the 31st and each day features different films.

See more at the official site.

(Their site is amazingly frustrating to use. Despite them having a calendar on the site, you’ll need to download the PDF to see their schedule of films.)

We should buy tickets online, as the queues are crazy on the night.
